The MYN Views Outlook add-in install and maintains the Outlook views as described in the Total Workday Control book. Instead of having to manually code the custom Outlook views by hand, MYN Views creates them with once click. Also, the views can be refreshed or repaired just as easily.
The ClearContext Outlook add-in, automates filing, keeps on top of your actions and help view and organize your upcoming tasks and appointments. When used together with the MYN Views add-in, ClearContext runs in a special MYN mode that configures itself for MYN principles such as filing to a Processed Mail folder and using task start dates.
