Compatibility with "new" (universal) Outlook version

ClearContext is not compatible with the "new" (universal) version of Outlook. The new Outlook is basically the web browser version downloaded to your computer, and it only supports web based add-ins which are limited in functionality. It is currently not feasible to support the ClearContext functionality as a web based add-in.

The traditional version of Outlook will be supported for some time, and we recommend staying with that version for use with ClearContext. If you have enabled the New Outlook, and need to switch back to the regular one, look for the "New Outlook" toggle on the top right corner of Outlook, and click it to revert back.
